HOW TO CLAIM YOUR PRIZE

Winning is easy — you just have to collect, match, and enter your code. 💅

Step 1: Collect Your Game Pieces
Game pieces are color-coded.
Each color corresponds to a specific prize.
Each prize requires 2–6 matching pieces to win.

Step 2: Use Your Gameboard
During the first two product drop periods, you’ll receive a gameboard with your order (while supplies last), or you can print one here.
Each prize has its own color section.
Place your matching pieces in the correct spots.
Follow the order shown on the board from left to right.

Step 3: Complete a Set
Once you’ve collected all required pieces for one color, you’ve qualifed for that prize. 🎉
Each game piece contains part of a code — when combined, they create your winning code.
Combine them in order from left to right, exactly as shown on your gameboard.

FOR EXAMPLE,
To claim the Trucker Hat, combine the codes from the purple spaces in this order: Give it to Deb, What She's Having, Out of the Woods. 

To claim the Case-Mate Jelly Tote, combine the codes from the pink spaces in this order: Blank Space, Mae Not Stay, Nail About Nothing, Slough, Welcome to New York. 

👉 This creates your full 12-digit redemption code.

Step 5: Redeem Your Prize
To claim the Floating Keychain, Waterproof Phone Case, Trucker Hat, Stanley Tumbler, or a Sold Out Set or Accent Pack Instant Prize:

Enter your winning code at checkout.
The price for your prize will be reduced to $0. 🎁

2. ELIGIBILITY

3. PROMOTION PERIOD
Game Start: May 1
Ticket Distribution Ends: July 31
Final Day to Claim Prizes: August 14
Tickets will be distributed during designated Qualifying Periods and surprise opportunities.

4. QUALIFYING PERIODS
Tickets will be distributed during the following dates:

May 14–16
June 2–4
July 9–11

Additional surprise ticket drops may occur.

5. HOW TO PLAY

11. PUBLICITY RELEASE
By participating, entrants agree to allow Hello Love Inc. to use their name, likeness, and participation for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
