RETURN POLICY

Return + Refund Policy
Returns must be made within 14 days of the customer's receipt of the product. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We will only accept unused product that is in resellable condition, with completely intact packaging. Please do not send us any used products (ew!). Nail glue, nail dehydrator, and any nail polish/topcoats are non-refundable. Nail Bundles are non-refundable unless all nails contained in the bundle are returned and in the condition described above. Individual items from a Hello Again subscription are non-refundable.

Please include your full name and the order number in your return package. If you need assistance finding your order number contact support@helloloveinc.com. Mail your return to:

We can not take any action on returns until our office confirms receipt of the returned merchandise; we recommend obtaining and recording a tracking number for your return package. We are not responsible for lost packages. Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise. Accepted returns will be credited to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase. Hello Love Inc. does not accept returns of items purchased in person from Fanatics, only items purchased directly through HelloLoveInc.com.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Nail glue, nail dehydrator, and any nail polish/topcoats, Hello Again subscription boxes, and gift cards are non-refundable. Nail Bundles are non-refundable unless all nails contained in the bundle are returned and in the condition described above. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
