Why Just a Test?
In 1963, the United States developed the Emergency Broadcast System (EBS) to provide the President with an expeditious method of communicating with the American public in the event of war, threat of war, or grave national crisis. Despite being activated over 20,000 times to broadcast civil emergency messages and warnings of severe weather hazards, it was never once used for a national emergency and was dissolved in 1997.

Due to the special finish of this nail, Just a Test will be more delicate than other nails in our collection. We do not recommend trimming this nail. This nail is recommended for short-term wear and definitely benefits from a top coat of clear polish at the tips.
