Why No Bananas?
Bananas were so popular in the early 1920s that slipping on a banana peel was a legitimate public safety issue, mediated by fines and even jail time! Street hawkers of the popular fruit tried to stay positive, even when they were out of stock. One inspired a number one hit song with his enthusiastic, "Yes! We have no bananas!"
We highly recommend sealing the design on this nail with a coat of clear nail polish, especially along the top edge of the nail. We do not recommend trimming this nail.
