In April of 2005, Roger Cadenhead registered the domain name benedictxvi.com several weeks before Pope Benedict XVI chose the name. Cadenhead said he would give the name to the Vatican in exchange for a miter ("one of those hats," in his terms) and complete absolution for his behavior the third week of March, 1987, no questions asked. His offer was declined. What he was doing that week in March???
