On May 19, 2003, Boobs! The Musical: The World According to Ruth Wallis opened at the Triad Theater in New York. The musical revue was based on songs by Ruth Wallis, a star from the 1950's and 60's who performed naughty songs with taboo topics. The acclaim from this late-in-life tribute reportedly "perked up" the steamy songstress in her twilight years.
